公铁并行路段安全性分析及防护对策研究

摘    要:随着我国高速公路与铁路建设里程的不断增加,加之有限土地资源空间的制约,公铁并行建设越来越成为基础交通设施建设的一种新兴发展趋势。当高速公路与铁路并行距离较近时,可能诱发一系列相互影响的安全隐患问题。以津石高速公路与铁路并行路段为工程背景,分析论述了公铁并行建设可能面临的公路车辆撞击问题、极端天气相互影响问题、铁路列车眩光问题以及铁路列车行驶视觉诱导问题。采取定性分析和定量分析相结合的方法,对每一类安全隐患问题,分析了其在公铁并行建设条件下相互影响的关联性,并提出了针对性的工程预防和管理措施。

Abstract:With the increasing mileage of highways and railways in China and the constraints of limited land resources,highways and railways in parallel has increasingly become an emerging development trend nowadays,while a series of conflicting safety hazards may be induced when their distance is relatively close.The parallel section of the Tianjin-Shijiazhuang Expressway and Railway is taken as the engineering background,the vehicle collision problem,the relative influence under extreme weather,the glare problem as well as the visual induction problem are analyzed and discussed.By means of qualitative and quantitative analysis method,each type of potential safety issues is analyzed in terms of their connectivity,and corresponding prevention and management measures are proposed.
