水镁石纤维对再生基层材料路用性能的影响

摘    要:为了改善再生基层材料路用性能,选取不同水镁石纤维和水泥的掺量作为关键影响因素,采用无侧限抗压强度试验、间接抗拉强度试验、抗弯拉强度试验和抗压回弹模量试验,评价影响因素对再生基层材料的路用性能影响;采用干缩和温缩性能试验,评价不同水镁石纤维掺量对再生基层材料收缩性能的影响。研究结果表明:增加水镁石纤维和水泥的掺量对再生基层材料各项力学性能有所增强,但水镁石纤维对再生基层材料的不同性能改善略有差异。其中,随着纤维掺量的增加,在掺量小于4%时,再生基层材料的劈裂强度与抗弯拉强度为阶梯式增加;在掺量大于等于4%时,其增长速度相对缓慢。此外,掺入水镁石纤维对再生基层材料的干缩和温缩性能也均有所改善。

Abstract:In order to improve the performance of recycled base materials,the different content of brucite fiber and cement are chosen as the key indicator,the performance is studied by the unconfined compression strength test,indirect tensile strength test,flexural tensile strength test and compressive resilient modulus test,shrinkage test.The results indicate that the different content of brucite fiber and cement can improve the performance of cement stabilized macadam using recycled aggregate.But the different content of brucite fiber has different impact on the performance.When the content of brucite fiber is less than 4%,indirect tensile strength and flexural tensile strength of cement stabilized macadam has a step-by-step jump increasing with the content.When the content of brucite fiber is more than 4%,its strength increase slowly.Moreover,the shrinkage performance of cement stabilized macadam using recycled aggregate is improved by adding brucite fiber.
