摘    要:钨酸钙作为一类优越的无机发光材料,以其稳定的化学、物理性质,吸引了广泛的注意.而共掺碱金属离子对绿色CaWO4:Tb3+荧光粉的发光及余辉性能的影响尚未报道,因此本文采用高温固相法在空气氛围下制备了Li+,Na+,K+掺杂的CaWO4:Tb3+系列绿色荧光粉,并通过XRD、激发光谱、发射光谱、余辉衰减、热释光谱等对其发光性能和余辉性能做了相关测试和研究.通过研究比较,当共掺杂不同碱金属离子作电荷补偿时CaWO4:Tb3+的发光及余辉性能得到不同程度的提高.

Abstract:Luminescent materials containing rare-earth ions have become popular in the progress of the optical material.Molybdates as hosts for luminescence material have received extensive interests because of their attractive chemical,optical and structural properties.But the influence of alkali metal ions co-doping of CaWO4Tb3+phosphor has not yet been reported till now.In this paper,a series of novel luminescent materials,CaWO4Tb3+,R+(R=Li,Na,K)were prepared and the differences on the optical properties of Li+,Na+and K+in the same host materials were studied.Furthermore,the mechanism of spectral and afterglow were explored by powder X-ray diffraction(XRD),photoluminescence spectroscopy and decay curves,afterglow spectra and thermolumines-cence glow curves.After investigating,the photoluminescence and afterglow properties of CaWO4Tb3+phosphor can be improved respectively when co-doped the difference alkali metal ions as charge compensation.
