埋置式承台分离式柔性止水结构设计与施工

摘    要:海中埋置式承台安装对止水要求很高,若止水效果不佳,会直接影响浇筑混凝土的质量和耐久性。为解决止水问题,采用分离式柔性止水结构,经现场反复试验,实测结果表明,这种止水方式可有效满足承台施工质量要求,并以港珠澳大桥分离式柔性止水方案成功安装为例进行分析,供同类工程参考。

Abstract:The installation and construction of embedded pile cap in the sea has a high requirement for water stop.If the effect of water stop is poor,it will have a significant impact on the quality and durability of concrete pouring.In order to solve the problem of water stop,a kind of separated flexible water stop structure is adopted.After repeated tests on site,the actual test results show that the water stop mode can effectively meet the requirements of construction quality of cushion cap.The successful installation of Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge is taken as an example for analysis,which can be used as a reference for similar projects.
