| 摘 要： | 根据公差中心尺寸控制原理,研究了移动公差设定技术.结合车身具体实例,通过设定移动公差,解决了零件在匹配过程中的干涉问题,避免了实际生产中修正模具和强行装焊.

| Abstract: | According to the principle of tolerance central dimension control, the technology of excursion tol-erance setting is studied. With the specific examples of vehicle body, through the setting of excursion tolerance the problem of parts interference during matching is solved and the die revision and forced assembly welding in actual production are avoided. |
