船舶建造焊缝无损检测信息管理系统的设计与实现

摘    要:针对船舶企业焊缝无损检测(Nondestructive Testing, NDT)的问题,提出NDT信息化管理的必要性。通过焊缝库维护、焊工管理、NDT报验申请、检测结果录入、焊缝自动追踪和数据统计分析,实现对焊缝生命周期的追溯,可有效解决船舶企业手工管理NDT产生的信息分散混乱、无法追溯等弊端。

Abstract:In terms of the problems of weld Nondestructive Testing (NDT) in ship enterprises, the necessity of NDT informatization management is proposed. Through weld database maintenance, welder management, NDT inspection application, inspection results entry, automatic tracking of weld and statistical analysis of data, the traceability of weld life cycle is realized, which can effectively solve the disadvantages in dispersion, confusion and untraceability of information created by the manual management of NDT in ship enterprises.
