机加工工艺对轮轴疲劳可靠性的影响分析

摘    要:轮轴是铁路车辆走行部分的关键部件之一,机加工是轮轴的最后加工阶段,其加工工艺的优劣间接影响到轮轴的机械性能和疲劳寿命。文章在分析影响轮轴疲劳寿命的主要机加工因素的基础上,通过试验和仿真分析手段研究机加工残余应力对车轴疲劳寿命的影响规律,并提出了控制残余应力的措施和建议。

Analysis of Effect of Machining Technology on the Wheel-Axle Fatigue Reliability

Abstract:Wheel-axle is one of the key parts in the running gears of railway cars.The machining is the last processing stage of wheel-axle,and the good or the bad of the processing technology affect directly the mechanical performance and fatigue life of wheel-axle.In this paper,on the basis of analyzing the main machining factors affecting the fatigue life of wheel-axle,the regular pattern of effects of residual stresses by machining upon the service life of wheel-axle is researched through test and simulation analysis measures,and measures and suggestions for control of residual stresses are given.
