排队系统的时间提醒方法研究

针对医院、银行、车站等公共服务机构经常出现客体长时间排队等待造成时间浪费的现象,在传统排队叫号系统的基础上,提出一种具有时间提醒功能的新型排队叫号系统的实现方法,通过引入短信服务平台,实现向客体提醒剩余等待时间的功能.实验结果表明:短信提醒功能让客体在满足正常服务的前提下,能自由安排等候时间,与现有排队叫号系统相比,更具实用性.

Research on method of time reminding for Queuing System
