摘    要:广州轨道交通四号线工程主跨65m三跨连续梁采用贝雷梁结构为主的悬臂吊机进行节段悬臂拼装.主要介绍了悬拼吊机的结构、检算及主梁变截面悬臂拼装关键施工技术.施工实践证明,连续梁采用节段悬拼施工具有上期短、质量好、施工安全有保障、费用低、适应性强等优点.

Abstract:The bridge of the No.4 Line of the Guangzhou Track-way Project is a 3-span continuous girder bridge with a 65-m span as its main span,which is cantilevering assembled section by section with a cantilever crane mainly consisting of the Bailey beam.The structure and the examination of the cantilever crane,and the cantilevering assembling techniques for the non-uniform main beams are introduced in the paper.Our construction practice shows that cantilevering assembling continuous girders section by section has the advantages of being short in construction duration,good in quality,lower in cost,good in adaptability,capable of ensuring safe construction,etc.
