黄河峡谷中百米高墩施工技术

摘    要:结合黄河峡谷中148 m高的墩身施工,详细介绍了设备(升降机、塔机、混凝土泵送设备)的选择和使用、模具配备、混凝土配合比的选择与浇筑、劳动力组织等,采用这些技术墩身施工进度达到1.2 m/d,可供同类工程借鉴.

Abstract:With the construction of the 148-m-tall pier body in the Yellow River Gorge as a practical example,the right choice and use of the construction equipment,such as hoists,tower cranes and concrete-pumping equipment,the provision of forms,the choice of the mix ratio and pouring of concrete,the organization of laborers,etc.are introduced in detail in the paper.With these techniques adopted,the construction speed of the pier body reaches 1.2 m per day.It may serve as a useful reference for other similar projects.
