| 摘 要： | 针对应急作战保障具有突发性、不确定性、非常规性等特点,提出了利用机场群保障应急作战的理念并分析了机场群保障应急作战的优势、限制因素,提出了提高机场群应急作战保障能力的有关措施,对于提高我军航空军事运输的组织水平和保障能力具有现实意义.

| Abstract: | With the abruptness,uncertainty and unusualness of emergent battles taken into account,the notion of using airport groups to support emergent battles is put forward in the paper,with the advantages and the limiting factors of using airport groups to support emergent battles analyzed,and the relevant measures of how to improve the support capability of airport groups presented as well.The paper is of realistic importance in improving the level of organization and grarantee ability of the aviation military transportation. |
