戴云山隧道大跨度变断面衬砌施工关键技术

摘    要:戴云山隧道大跨度变断面二次衬砌施工采用可调断面整体式液压衬砌台车.由于衬砌断面的半径尺寸不断发生变化,台车的弧段进行了特殊设计以适应施工要求,同时介绍了断面变化后的台车组装过程,以及衬砌施工中为有效防止瓦斯泄露采取的一些施工关键技术.衬砌台车在施工过程中操作简便,有较好的强度、刚度、稳定性,确保了衬砌质量的优良.

Abstract:The secondary lining operation of the large-span,variant-section Daiyunshan Tunnel is performed with an integrated hydraulic lining platform trolley.Owing to the fact that the size of the cross-sections to be lined is very changeable,the radian of the platform trolley has to be especially designed to meet the requirements of the lining construction,which is introduced in detail in the paper,with the assembly process of the platform trolley after the cross-section is changed,and other effective key measures taken against the leakage of gas presented as well.The lining platform trolley is found easy to use,and satisfactory in strength,rigidity and stability,all of which help ensure the excellence of the lining quality.
