Key Techniques for the Lining Operation of the Large-Span Variant-Section Tunnel at Daiyunshan

The secondary lining operation of the large-span,variant-section Daiyunshan Tunnel is performed with an integrated hydraulic lining platform trolley.Owing to the fact that the size of the cross-sections to be lined is very changeable,the radian of the platform trolley has to be especially designed to meet the requirements of the lining construction,which is introduced in detail in the paper,with the assembly process of the platform trolley after the cross-section is changed,and other effective key measures taken against the leakage of gas presented as well.The lining platform trolley is found easy to use,and satisfactory in strength,rigidity and stability,all of which help ensure the excellence of the lining quality.
