Abstract:The importance of vibration monitoring in monitoring the health of bridge structures is first briefly introduced in the paper.With a certain large-span steel truss bridge as a practical example,a finite element model is established with the help of the software of ANSYS,of which a detailed structural analysis is made,and for which the layout of sensors is optimized.A deep study is also made of the vibration monitoring subsystem,which includes the monitoring content,the layout of measuring points,transducers,amplifiers and methods of signal analysis and processing etc.,with a new acquisition mode designed,which includes both the real-time trigger acquisition,and the cyclical acquisition.A set of software,based on the advanced software platform-LabVIEW,which can realize the remote data acquisition,reception,analysis,real-time display,alarm and data save is developed,upon the basis of which a set of perfect vibration remote monitoring and state evaluation system is finally established,which realizes the monitoring of the structural responses and working conditions in real time,and can analyze the structural working state by means of the information obtained from the measured data and assess the reliability of large bridges.It may also provide the scientific grounds for the decision-making on the management and maintenance of bridges.
