摘    要:雅(安)泸(沽)高速公路C3合同段代家坡大桥施工过程中,因墩柱较高.盖梁施工采用支撑桁架作为支承平台.通过受力分析,支撑桁架选用8根32b槽钢组成两桁片,每桁片上下由2根32b槽钢对焊组成上下两纵梁,上下纵梁之间由2根16a槽钢对焊斜向连接.此设计保证了桁架结构的安全性,达到了施工目的.介绍了高墩长盖梁支撑桁架的...

Abstract:Owing to the fact that the piers of the Daijiapo Bridge of Contracted Section C3 of the Ya'an-Lugu Expressway are very tall,the construction of the cover beams uses the supporting trusses as their scaffolding.Upon the basis of analyzing the forces loaded,the supporting truss uses 8 32-b channels,which are assembled into two truss pieces,at both the top and bottom of which two 32-b channels are butt welded and used respectively as the top and bottom longitudinal beams,which are diagonally connected with two butt-welded 16-a channels.Such design can ensure the safety of the truss structures and meet the requirements of the construction.The design and construction of the supporting trusses for tall piers and the long cover beams are introduced in the paper,which may serve as a useful reference for the construction of other similar projects.
