摘    要:空气弹簧易于通过改变气压控制其刚度,因此,存在着保持被隔振设备静平衡姿态不变,有多种安装位置和相应的载荷分配方案。文章从功率流传递最小的角度出发,理论上推导出了一种平面空气弹簧隔振系统最优安装位置和载荷分配选取的计算方法,具有较大应用价值。

Abstract:Stiffness of air spring can be controlled conveniently by the method of altering air pressure.Hence,there are many mounted modes and corresponding load allocation plans under conditions of constant static balance state of equipment.In the viewpoint of minimum power flow transmission,an algorithmic method on optimal mounted position and load allocation select is derived for a plane model of air spring vibration isolation system.This method possesses applied cost in engineering.
