| 摘 要： | 行车速度与交通安全之间存在着密切的关系,过高的行车速度或过大的速度差均会对道路交通安全造成不利影响。在道路危险段采取必要的速度控制措施,能够帮助驾驶员排除一些不稳定因素的影响,使其充分地预见到道路的线形条件和路侧状况,从而对驾驶速度和行为做出正确的判断。探讨了合理的确定道路速度限制或控制的标准,对比分析了各类道路速度控制措施的使用效果、适用条件,给出了道路速度控制措施的一般设计方法。

| Abstract: | The closed relation between vehicle speed and traffic safety is proved,excessive speed or big speed difference would take bad effects on road traffic safety.Using speed-controlling measurements in risk road section,could help drivers predict and identify road alignment conditions and road side environmental situations,sequentially,make a correct decision of driving behaviour.So the standard of speed limit or control is discussed,the effects and conditions of various road speed-controlling facilities is comparatively analyzed,and then the general design method of road speed-controlling facilities is given. |
