钢结构桥梁除湿防腐关键技术应用研究

摘    要:大多数特大型钢箱梁桥梁均有跨江或者跨海域,从而使得桥梁周围湿度大.为了保证钢箱梁内湿度始终控制在45%以下的标准湿度范围内,往往会在钢箱梁内安装除湿机从而将钢箱梁内的湿空气通过除湿机的作用送出去,从而降低钢箱梁的湿度.现介绍宁波市外滩大桥和湾头大桥钢箱梁内除湿机对桥梁钢箱梁内防腐涂装的影响程度.

Abstract:Most of the extra-large steel box girder bridges span the river or sea, which makes the humidity around the bridges. In order to keep the humidity in the steel box girder control within the standard humidity range below 45%, the dehumidifiers are often installed in the steel box girder to send the moist air out through the dehumidifier so as to reduce the moisture in the steel box girder. The effect degrees of the dehumidifiers within the steel box girders on the anti-corrosion coatings in the steel box girders of Waitan Bridge Wantou Bridge in Ningbo are introduced.
