摘    要:基于国家对防治交通干线环境噪声污染、大力倡导绿色交通的要求,同时考虑到现阶段各类伸缩装置的降噪功能和效果均有所欠缺,研发了一种新型的性能优良的降噪减振伸缩装置以减少公路、城市桥梁工程噪声对环境污染.对伸缩装置的常规整体性能、橡胶性能、所选用的高阻尼减振橡胶支座、伸缩装置的降噪以及减振性能均进行了相应的试验测试,测试结果表明伸缩装置具有良好的整体性能、耐久性以及减震降噪效果.

Abstract:Based on the national requirements for the prevention and control of the environmental noise pollution of the traffic trunk line and the vigorous advocacy of green traffic, and considering the lack of noise reduction function and effect of various expansion devices at present, a new type of excellent performance noise reduction and vibration reduction expansion device is developed to reduce the environmental pollution caused by the noise of highway and urban bridge projects. The conventional integrated performance, rubber performance, selected high-damping vibration attenuation rubber support, noise reduction and vibration damping performance of the expansion device are relevantly experimented. The test results show that the expansion device has good integrated performance, durability and damping noise reduction effect.
