基于水力模型的污水干管高水位运行原因诊断

摘    要:利用水力模型工具,结合运行数据、试验数据统计分析,对某污水厂所面临的厂外干管高水位运行,水量负荷低,达不到设计工况的原因进行诊断.从污水量、管网汇水能力、干管水位、提升泵站能力、能力提升试验5个角度进行系统分析,得出主要原因为污水提升泵站提升水量不足.

Abstract:By using the hydraulic model tools, combined with statistical analysis of operating data and test data, the causes of the high water level operation, low water load and not reaching the design conditions of the external trunk sewer for a wastewater treatment plant are diagnosed. The sewage volume, pipe network catchment capacity, trunk pipe water level, lifting pump station capacity and capacity improvement test are systematically analyzed. The conclusion shows that the main cause is the insufficient lifting water volume of the sewage lifting pump station.
