高效稳定液在旋挖钻成孔技术中的研究与应用

摘    要:结合洞庭湖地区华容梅田湖大桥建设案例,对使用高效稳定液在粉砂深孔大直径旋挖钻的成孔技术进行分析、研究、应用与实践,提出了具体的技术指标与措施。高效稳定液在软土地层深孔大直径旋挖成孔技术中具有成孔速度快、工程质量好、综合效益显著等特点,可供相似地质条件下的桩基成孔施工参考。

Abstract:Combined with the construction of Huarong Meitian Lake Bridge in Dongting Lake Area, the hole-forming technique of large diameter rotary digging drill with efficient stabilizing fluid in silt deep hole is analyzed, studied, applied and practiced. The technical indexes and measures are put forward in detail. The efficient stabilizing fluid applied in the large-diameter rotary digging pore-forming technique of soft soil and deep hole has the characteristics of fast hole-forming speed, good engineering quality and remarkable integrated benefit, which can be referred for the hole-forming construction of pile foundation under the similar geological conditions.
