三官堂大桥主桁中支点节点设计

摘    要:三官堂大桥主桥采用钢桁连续梁桥,跨径布置160+465+160=785 m.主桁中支点节点连接V撑处6根杆件,下设支座,将上部结构作用通过支座传递给下部结构,支座吨位14 000t.此节点构造与受力均较复杂,是全桥关键节点之一.介绍此节点构造设计和有限元分析计算方法,可为类似桁架节点设计提供借鉴.

Abstract:The main bridge of Sanguantang Bridge is a steel truss continuous girder bridge. Its spans are arranged as 160 m+465 m+160 m=785 m. The middle support nodes of the main truss are connected with 6 rods at the V brace, and a support is set below, which transmits the function of the superstructure to the substructure through the support. The support tonnage is 14 000 t. The structure and the force of this node are complex, and this node is one of the key nodes of the whole bridge. The structural design and finite element analysis and calculation methods of this node are introduced, which can provide a reference for the design of similar truss nodes.
