级联型高压变频器及其控制

摘    要:本文提出了一种新型的基于级联结构的高压变频器。基于移相载波调制,建立了变频器的非线性数学模型。基于输出状态线性化方式将该数学模型线性化并选择各模块单元的直流电压作为反馈量以实现各串联功率单元良好的均压效果。数值仿真验证了该方案的有效性,实现了变频器输入侧的有功及无功的解耦控制。

Abstract:A new high voltage converter based on cascaded multi-level is proposed in this paper. Based on the phase shift pulse width modulation technology, the mathematical non-linear model is developed. With the output feedback linearization applied, the model is transformed to be linear one, and the DC-voltage in every power units is selected to be the feed-back to promise the well voltage-sharing among the series connected power units. Mathematic simulation demonstrates the efficiency of the proposed control strategy. Furthermore, the decouple control of active and reactive power is realized in this paper.
