| 摘 要： | 该数据记录仪是为某船舶特种装置而开发,分上位机和下位机两部分,上位机采用LabVIEW与VC 混合编程,实现对该特种装置数据的实时监测、数据记录获取、故障分析等功能,下位机采用PC/104模块和Windows CE实现对该装置的数据采集、记录、声光报警.采集速度为1kHz,精度为0.3%.由于充分融合了PC/104模块、Windows CE和LabVIEW的优点,该记录仪具有监测稳定性好,可靠性高,全程自动化程度高和操作简单等特点,现已成功应用于船舶特种装置中.

| Abstract: | This paper introduces a novel data recorder (DR) designed for a special ship device. It consists of two blocks. One is upper computer, which adopts LabVIEW and VC for monitoring and failure analyzing. The other is lower computer, which fulfills data acquisition, recording and alarm with both sound and light. The data acquisition speed is 1kHz, and its accuracy is 0.3%. The DR shows the advantages of high automation and monitoring stability, and ease of operation due to the successful integration of the features of PC/104 module, Windows CE and LabVIEW. The DR runs well in the ship device. |
