超长管棚技术在地铁工程中的应用

摘    要:针对深圳地铁1号线续建工程深大车站,1号出入口通道下穿深南大道的工程特点、水文地质情况,就采用原设计方案(10~20m长大管棚施工)不能保证深南大道交通及地下管线的安全进行分析,通过分析提出采用80m超长管棚变更设计方案,此方案可以确保交通及地下管线的安全。并由此进一步阐述超长管棚的设计参数、采用的主要材料、施工钻进原理、施工工艺、质量标准、施工难点及对策。采用CRD施工工法,可以提高效率2倍以上。

Abstract:The characteristics and hydrological geology of the deep extension station project in the Shenzhen metro line 1 and the problem of the original design scheme can't guarantee Shennan road traffic and under- ground pipeline safety is analyzed. By analyzing, the 80 m long pipe roof change design scheme is pro- posed. The scheme can ensure the safety of the traffic and underground pipeline. And the paper further elaborates the long pipe roof design parameters, the main material, construction drilling principle, con- struction technology, quality standards, construction difficulties and countermeasures. The CRD con- struction technique can improve efficiency more than two times.
