超长管棚技术在地铁工程中的应用

针对深圳地铁1号线续建工程深大车站，1号出入口通道下穿深南大道的工程特点、水文地质情况，就采用原设计方案（10～20m长大管棚施工）不能保证深南大道交通及地下管线的安全进行分析，通过分析提出采用80m超长管棚变更设计方案，此方案可以确保交通及地下管线的安全。并由此进一步阐述超长管棚的设计参数、采用的主要材料、施工钻进原理、施工工艺、质量标准、施工难点及对策。采用CRD施工工法，可以提高效率2倍以上。

By analyzing, the 80 m long pipe roof change design scheme is pro- posed. The scheme can ensure the safety of the traffic and underground pipeline. And the paper further elaborates the long pipe roof design parameters, the main material, construction drilling principle, con- struction technology, quality standards, construction difficulties and countermeasures. The CRD con- struction technique can improve efficiency more than two times.
