Q235B螺旋焊管断裂分析

摘    要:采用金相分析显微镜及扫描电镜显微分析、力学性能试验、化学成分分析等方法对试压过程中的Q235B螺旋缝直埋焊管的爆管脆断原因进行了分析.认为发生爆管的主要原因是管线含碳量偏高及夹杂物的存在降低了钢管的强度,在"水击"的作用下发生断裂.

Abstract:This paper analyses the reason of the fracture of Q235B spiral welded pipe under the metallographinc microscope and the scanning electronic microscope and through mechanical property experiments and chemical analyses etc.It is considered that the occurrence of fractures is mainly caused by the high content of carbon and the presence of inclusions under the water hammer.
