油气管道外检测技术现状与发展趋势

摘    要:介绍了国内长输管道的现状,分析了油气管道常用的5种外检测方法:PCM管中电流法、直流电位梯度(DCVG)方法、标准管/地电位检测技术(P/S)、电流梯度检测技术(CGDT)、CIPS密间隔电位法。比较了它们在四川地区应用的优缺点,并对其适用性进行了简要阐述。最后,对油气管道外检测技术发展趋势进行了展望。

Abstract:This paper describes the status of long-distance pipelines.Five common methods for outside detecting of oil gas pipelines include pipeline current mapper(PCM) method,the direct-current voltage gradient(DCVG) method,the standard pipe / sub-ground voltage detection technology(P / S),the current gradient detection technology(CGDT),and the close interval potential method(CIPS).The advantages and disadvantages of several main methods used in Sichuan Province are compared with each other so as to introduce the applicability.Finally,the development trend for the inspection technologies of oil and gas outside pipelines are introduced.
