挂板混凝土施工技术

摘    要:大型桥梁建设中,往往存在较多重复尺寸的小承台,使用预制挂板可有效提高施工质量和速度。预制挂板包括承台第二层外模面、承台第一层保护面和桩基保护面三部分,既能提高承台第一层模板周转速度,加快施工进度,又能起到防撞、美观作用。挂板混凝土施工技术是一项集预制、吊装、安装于一体的综合施工技术,通过槟城二桥项目的工程应用和技术改善,为类似工程施工提供了技术指导和借鉴作用。

Construction Technology of RC Shell Concrete
Abstract:At the large bridge construction, there is usually a lot of repeated smaller pile cap. Therefore the usage of the precast RC Shell will effectively improve the construction quality and shorten the construction duration. The precast RC Shell contains the formwork of the pile cap 2nd layer, the protection of the pile cap l"t layer, and upper of the pile foundation. This is not only improve the circulation speed, shorten the construction duration, but also plays a role in the collision effect and its outlook appearance. The precast, hoisting and installation of RC Shell concrete is a comprehensive technology. bridge construction, technical guidance Throughout the application of improved technology in the whole Penang 2d and references will be provided for similar project.
