基于DEA方法的物流园区投资方案决策

在物流园区面积既定的情况下,不同的投资方案,物流园区的经济性是不同的。但是物流园区投资和运营的特殊性,如寿命期很长、市场需求变化大等特点,问题变得比较复杂,使得用传统的技术、经济方法进行投资方案决策受到很大的限制。针对物流园区投资是一个多投入、多产出,长期的动态的决策问题的特点,提出将物流园区投资决策问题分成两个步骤进行简化,先利用DEA方法对物流园区经济性作静态分析,把物流园区效益问题转化为资源的利用率问题进行分析;再利用层次分析法综合考虑物流园区土地、资金等其它实际条件,判断出最终最优方案。

Decision-making Method for Logistics Parks Project Based on DEA

With given logistics parks area,logistics parks have the different economy with the different investment schemes.But considering the particularity of logistics parks' investment and management such as long lifespan,great changes in market demand and so on,the issue becomes more complex.Traditional technique and economy decisionmaking methods for investment scheme have their limitations.Considering the investment of logistics parks is a longterm dynamic issue with much investment and much output,this paper simplifies the decision issue by means of dividing into two steps.First,it statically analyzes the economy of logistics parks by using DEA,transferring the benefits of logistics parks into the one about utilization of resource,and then selects the final optimized plan by considering the other practical conditions as ground and fund with the use of AHP.
