What We Have Learned from MAN Corporate Culture in Employee Training and Development |

| Abstract: | As early as in 2003,sINOTruk and German based MAN company jointly developed and produced Huanghe Prince series truck products.Based on observation and thought over the product development and manufacturing process of MAN company,the author had sensed and learned the unique nature of corporate culture of German business,and hopefully this article could help domestic businesses find by their own useful solutions to employees training and development. |
