| 摘 要： | 对于中国货运行业而言,2011年的夏天注定是一个“多事之夏”.先有国务院推出的被称为物流业“国8条”的促进物流业健康发展8项配套措施,紧接着是来自于5部门联合下发《关于开展收费公路专项清理工作的通知》,以此作为对物流业“国8条”的积极响应.虽然很多人并不看好上述政策短期内可以改变货运业的现状,至少这2项政策对货运业属于利好层面,但7月1日实施的《公路安全保护条例》则可能使超载超限已成普遍现象的中国货运业面临前所未有的考验.
