油气田地面集输系统结垢预测模型研究

摘    要:结垢是油田采出水集输过程中遇到的最严重问题之一,不仅会堵塞管道,而且可能引起垢下腐蚀,带来生产隐患。为了避免结垢造成的不良影响,应该对结垢趋势进行科学而准确的预测。文中对4个常用的预测模型进行分析、总结,并分别针对气田现场实例,将4个模型的预测结果与油气田现场监测结果进行比较,发现Oddo-Tomson饱和指数法预测结果更接近真实情况。将该模型应用在某油田现场,预测结果与现场监测结果一致,对油气田防垢工作有一定的实用价值。

Abstract:Scaling is one of the most serious problems in the process of gathering system. It may plug the pipe and cause cor- rosion under the scale, leading to hidden danger. In order to avoid it, this paper need to forecast the tendency. The paper makes an analysis of four commonly-used forecasting models and then compares the results both on-site monitoring. It chooses the better one-Oddo-Tomson saturation index method. The model is applied to an oil field and the predicted results are consistent with the monitoring. This study has some practical value for anti-scaling work in the oil and gas fields.
