| 摘 要： | 运用金相显微镜、扫描电镜和能谱仪等现代分析仪器，研究了汽车离合器壳体的开裂原因。结果表明，离合器所用材料强度低、气孔多，使材料韧性降低；壳体两侧面的内表面无过渡圆角，导致应力集中；壳体在弯矩和强烈振动作用下，应力集中出现纹，导致开裂和破断．针对以上问题提出了改进措施。

| Abstract: | Cause of automobile clutch housing cracking is studied by means of modern analyzing instrument such as motalloscope,scazming electron microscope and energy spectrum moter etc. Result of analysis shows that toughness of material is reduced due to low strength and too much gas holes in the material used, stress concentration due to lack of transition fillet on both sides of housing internal surface, also stress concentration due to bending and strong vibration in operation.
