胶焊技术与胶接接头的设计分析

摘    要:胶接接头应力分布均匀,具有较好的抗疲劳性能。此外,胶接接头质量轻、成本低、具有独特的连接密封作用。因此,胶焊技术被广泛应用于航空、航天工业领域,在汽车工业中的应用也日渐广泛。对胶焊搭接接头的强度进行分析,并对目前胶焊工艺存在的问题加以研究。

Abstract:Glue joint has the advantage of uniform stress distribution and better fatigue resistant property Besides,the glue joint is light weighted,low cost and possessing special joining and sealing functions Therefore,glue welding technology is broadly used in aviation and space industries,and also is more and more widely used in automobile industry Strength analysis is taken for glue welding lap joint and problems of glue welding technology currently existed is investigated in the article
