内燃机曲轴扭转振动测试技术的发展

摘    要:在分析内燃机曲轴扭转振动的几种测量方法原理及其系统结构特点的基础上,开发研究了采用PC机对曲轴扭振进行测量的新的数字化方法,并介绍了该方法的工作原理及测量结果。结果表明,采用角标器利用微机技术对曲轴进行数字化测量的系统,克服了以往扭振测量方法的缺点,可直接对扭转角进行测量,精度高,线路简单,由于采用并行数据接口,可提高测量的实时性。

Abstract:the basis of analyzing some measurement method principles and their system constructional features used for internal combustion engine crankshaft torsional vibration, a new method of digitalization measurement is developed for crankshaft torsional vibration measurement by means of PC computer. Working principle and measurement result of the method are presented, which shows that defect of the former torsional vibration measurement method may be overcome by replacing the angle indicator in combination with microcomputer technology with the digitalized measurement system for the crankshaft, which can directly measure the torsion angle and get hight accuracy. It also has the advantage of simple circuit and can make the measurement much more real time if parallel data interface is nced.
