| Abstract: | The paper introduces the propagation loss theory of electromagnetic wave, the relation of the pmpagation loss and radar coverage range. Based on the analyse of the sensitivity of the atmosphere duct to radar coverage range, it pmvides a measurement design for propagation loss of electromagnetic wave. |
