广义解调时频分析方法在变速器齿轮故障诊断中的应用

摘    要:针对故障齿轮振动信号多表现为多分量调幅一调频特征的状况,将广义解调时频分析方法应用于齿轮的非平稳振动信号处理,得到齿轮振动信号的时频分布,正常和故障状态下振动信号的时频分布区别明显.实验分析结果表明,广义解调时频分析方法优于其它时频分析方法,能有效地应用于齿轮非平稳振动信号的分析.
