摘    要:工业4.0时代是利用信息化技术促进产业变革的时代,也就是智能化时代。汽车工业是工业机器人应用最早,也是最为广泛的领域,汽车制造的高度自动化使得机器人越来越多。然而这些还是远远不够的,互联网时代对工业制造提出了更高的要求,工厂的自动化系统逐步升级,增加了物联网的概念,将工厂的机器以及作为主体的人类员工融入到互联网中,实现机器之间、人与机器之间的完美互动。进入到工业4.0时代之后,智能工厂开始从制造向"智造"转变,并被广泛应用于汽车行业的自动化、数字化和智能化车间,已经成为汽车智能制造的重要载体。本文对采用物联网技术的数字化系统在汽车制造工厂的应用进行讨论和探索,阐述了在智能制造的背景下,数字化系统对人员、设备、产品质量等方面的管理起到的巨大的提升作用。

Application Exploration of CPY Digital System Project

Abstract:The era of Industry 4.0 is an era in which information technology is used to promote industrial transformation,that is,the era of intelligence.The automobile industry is the earliest and the most extensive field of industrial robot applications.The high degree of automation in automobile manufacturing makes more and more robots.However,these are still far from enough.The Internet era puts forward higher requirements for industrial manufacturing.Factory automation systems are gradually upgraded and the concept of Internet of Things is added.Factory machines and human employees as the main body are integrated into the Internet to achieve the perfect interaction between machines and between humans and machines.After entering the industry 4.0 era,smart factories have begun to transform from manufacturing to"intelligent manufacturing",and are widely used in automation,digital and intelligent workshops in the automotive industry,and have become an important carrier of automotive smart manufacturing.This article discusses and explores the application of digital systems using Internet of Things technology in automobile manufacturing plants,and explains that digital systems can greatly enhance the management of personnel,equipment,and product quality in the context of intelligent manufacturing.
