摘    要:客户是企业生存之本,客户需求的满足是企业各业务链条尤其是营销板块工作开展的核心触点。如何通过客户关系管理,并联营销业务各版块价值体现,最终实现客户满意,促进新客户转化和老客户再购,实现客户和企业双赢。本文结合商用车行业现状,提出了商用车大客户关系管理及营销业务并联的相关解决方案。

Abstract:Customer is the foundation of enterprise survival,and the satisfaction of customer demand is the core contact point of enterprise business chain,especially marketing plate.How to realize customer satisfaction,to promote the transformation of new customers and the re-purchase of old customers through customer relationship management and the value embodiment of each section of parallel marketing business,so as to realize the win-win situation of customers and enterprises are important issues.This paper,combined with the current situation of commercial vehicle industry,puts forward the relevant solutions of commercial vehicle key customer relationship management and marketing business parallel.
