摘    要:为了研究往复压缩机曲轴出现裂纹后十字头对机体作用力的变化规律,建立了往复压缩机动力学仿真模型,通过对曲柄中间位置开一个2mm宽的槽模拟开裂纹,对曲轴顺、逆时针旋转时有无裂纹两种条件的往复压缩机进行刚柔耦合分析,对比分析了十字头对机体作用力变化规律。研究结果表明:曲轴顺时针旋转时无裂纹条件下作用力的峰值大于有裂纹条件下作用力的峰值,曲轴逆时针旋转时无裂纹条件下作用力的峰值小于有裂纹条件下作用力的峰值。

Analysis of the Force Acting on the Body of Reciprocating Compressor with Crankshaft Crack

Abstract:To study the change law of the force of crosshead on the block of reciprocating compressor crankshaft after cracks appear,the dynamic simulation model of reciprocating compressor is established.Through opening a 2mm wide slot in the middle of the crank,the rigid flexible coupling analysis of reciprocating compressor with and without crack when the crankshaft rotates clockwise and anticlockwise is carried out,and the effect of crosshead on the block is compared and analyzed.The results show that:the peak value of the force under the condition of no crack is greater than that under the condition of crack when the crankshaft rotates clockwise,and the peak force under the condition of no crack is smaller than that under the condition of crack when the crankshaft rotates anticlockwise.
