| 摘 要： | 介绍HOV(高承载率车辆)车道的概念及在洛杉矶的发展过程;针对上海目前公交专用道利用率不高的现象,提出利用公交专用道的富余设置HOV车道的设想;从必要性及可行性两方面运用数据对上海市延安东路隧道和四平路—中山东路的道路状况分析说明。

| Abstract: | A general introduction to the concept of HOV (High Occupancy Vehicle) lane and its developing process in Los Angeles is presented; in addition this paper also suggests using spare space of Bus Only Lane to provide HOV lane directed toward of low efficient usage of Bus Only Lane. Finally some data analysis about the state of Yan'an East tunnel and Siping- Zhongshan East road are discussed in both necessity and feasibility. |
