| 摘 要： | 伴随着城市轨道交通的大规模发展，投资控制已成为设计者面临的一个关键问题。城市轨道交通项目投资控制应贯穿于项目实施的全过程，只有这样，才能达到控制投资的最佳效果。此文主要分析城市轨道交通项目为达到投资控制的目标，在各阶段应采取的组织措施、管理措施、经济措施和技术措施等。

| Abstract: | Along with the development on a large scale of the urban rail transit system,investment control has become a vital issue confronting the designers.The investment control over urban rail transit projects should run through the whole process of the implementation of the project.Only by doing so can the optimum results be obtained of investment control.This article performs an analysis mainly on the chief measures in terms of organization,management,economics and technicality in the various phases of the project in a bid to shoot the target of investment control. |
