| 摘 要： | 在简述我国海事巡航监管模式现状的基础上，彰明其网络化发展的必然趋势，并进一步明确网络化的VTS系统是目前最有效、最具发展空间的监管模式。本文以WebGIS信息发布技术为研究对象，深度在VTS中设计信息发布功能，并依此功能采用Browser／Server网络模式，探索适合在海事监管网络化进程中webGIS的具体应用。

| Abstract: | Througin analyzing the present situation of China＇s maritime cruise monitoring mode,the network development is the tendency which must not be possible to keep off,and confirm that the network in VTs ismost offective and developing monitoring at present. This paper take the information aisseminating technology of WebGIS as the cbject of study, and designs the preliminary cttcmpt of information disseminating technology in VTS . and it uses the Browser/Sever network mode to explore tinc application to suit the developing of the net- word maritime ceuise monitoring mode according to these functions. |
