| 摘 要： | 并行工程是汽车产品研发推行的最新工作模式。并行工程的核心是并行设计，协同工作团队是并行工程实施的重要体现。分析了并行工程的支撑条件、遵循原则，提出了汽车产品开发过程中并行工程实施方案和团结协作型模型。
