| 摘 要： | 以施工实施为主体的承包商,如何在EPC项目运作过程中有效组织和引导设计单位实现设计的质量控制、成本控制、进度控制,是EPC项目管理的一个重要课题。以某海外EPC港口项目为例,阐述在项目准备和实施阶段中设计管理对项目进度、质量、成本控制等方面的注意事项和建议。

| Abstract: | During the EPC project construction, design management is a very important part for the quality control, cost control and progress control. Taking an EPC port project as an example, this paper expounds some methods and opinions on the design management in the preparation and implementation stages to achieve the design goals in schedule, quality and cost control. |
