摘    要:随着全球化市场经济与知识经济的不断发展,人力资本对获取企业竞争优势的作用日益突显。本文通过分析企业知识、技能型员工的特点,阐述了实施宽带薪酬的意义并倡导结合企业实际实施宽带薪酬,使宽带薪酬真正成为企业实现腾飞的驱动力。

Abstract:With continuous development of global market economy and knowledge economy, the role of human capital in gaining superiority of competition for enterprise is becoming greater and greater. Based on the analysis of the enterprise knowledge and skilled employees, this paper describes the significance of conducting broadband wage, encourages enterprise to conduct broadband wage in order to make broadband wage becoming the driving force for rapid development of enterprise according to its real situation.
