基于信息技术的船舶—岸基管理系统研究

摘    要:文章提出了计算机辅助船基的管理方法,设计了B/S与C/S混合型管理系统,并结合航海国际公约的具体要求,阐述了数据库框架设计、网络建设与数据通信方法、航海计算子模块编程与数据库访问操纵编程、界面可视化编程等具体内容。经测试表明,系统能实现船舶基础资料管理、设备与备件管理、船员管理、航次管理及相关货物管理、检验修理管理、应急演习与海事管理等功能。

Abstract:This article puts forwards the methods for computer-aided ship base management and devises the B/S & C/S mixed management system. In addition, combined with the specific requirements of international mar- itime conventions, it expounds database framework design, network construction and data communication, naviga- tion calculation module and database access manipulation programming as well as visual programming interface etc. The results of system running indicate that it can satisfy such functional needs as ship basic data manage- ment, equipment and spare parts management, crew management, voyage management and relevant goods man- agement, inspection and repair management, emergency drill as well as maritime management.
