改进模糊TOPSIS法在地基处理方案决策中的应用

摘    要:基于湿陷性黄土地基处理方案决策的复杂性和模糊性的特点,应用改进模糊TOPSIS法进行方案决策。先由专家群通过三角模糊数对各备选方案独自评定建立分判断矩阵,在形成决策群评估矩阵时,考虑决策者的风险态度,将权值赋予不同的专家,再依据规范化后的群决策矩阵确定正、负理想解,最后通过计算找出距正理想解最近且距负理想解最远的方案即为实施方案。该法操作方便,计算简单。实例验证了方法的可行性和有效性。

Abstract:Construction program for the collapsible loess foundation treatment is decided using the improved fuzzy TOPSIS method,because of the complexity and fuzziness of program decisions.First,the expert group adopted triangular fuzzy number on the options to set up their own judgment matrix for assessment.In the formation of a Group Decision Matrix,the value of the right is given to different experts considering the risks of decision makers.Then determine the ideal positive and negative solutions based on the standardized Group Matrix.Finally,identify the program that is nearest from the ideal positive solution and farthest from the ideal negative solution through calculation for implementation.This method is easy for operation and simple for calculation,which is verified feasible and effective through examples.
