摘 要: | 为了确定新型路面应力吸收层-纤维沥青应力吸收中间层(FR-SAMI)各材料的最佳用量,采用正交试验法进行试验设计,通过室内剪切试验得到的剪切强度和拉拔试验得到的粘结强度两个性能指标,来评价新旧路面界面间的粘结强度性能,并确定了FR-SAMI各材料最佳用量:纤维为120g/m2,纤维长度为6~8cm,乳化沥青为1.2kg/m2。

Abstract: | In order to determine the optimum content of each material in fiber asphalt stress-absorbing membrane interlayer(FR-SAMI) as a new type pavement stress-absorbing interlayer,FR-SAMI is designed through orthogonal test.Then bond strength performance of the interlayer between new and old pavement can be evaluated based on shear strength from indoor shear test and bonding strength from pull-out test,and the optimum content of each material in FR-SAMI has been determined,that is: fiber 120 g/m2,fiber length 6~8 cm and emulsified asphalt 1.2 kg/m2. |
