提高锚杆质量无损检测分析精度的探讨

摘    要:锚杆质量无损检测和评价是岩土工程中亟需解决的重难点技术问题。从锚杆无损检测的基本分析方法比较入手,对Hilbert变换在信号分析中如何提高分析精度等问题进行讨论。以实际工程为例,说明锚杆无损检测的影响因素及利用Hilbert变换高精度时频特性对锚杆动测数据进行时频分布分析,进一步找出频率衰减与锚杆锚固状态的关系和精确定位出锚杆的长度、饱满度的分析方法。

Abstract:Non-destructive testing and evaluation of rockbolt are the difficult and key point to be solved in geotechnical engineering.In this paper,from the basic analysis of rockbolt non-destructive testing,how to improve the accuracy in signal analysis by Hilbert transform was discussed.Taking a practical engineering for example,the influencing factors of rockbolt non-destructive testing were described,and the time-frequency distribution of dynamic test data of rockbolt was analyzed using Hilbert transform for its high-precision time-frequency characteristics to find out the relationship between frequency attenuation and anchoring status and determine the accurate analysis method for rockbolt length and plumpness.
