东营市五六干合排污水处理厂工艺设计

东营市五六干合排污水处理厂是东营市第一座设计出水标准达到类Ⅳ类水体标准的市政污水处理厂。一期工程设计规模2.5×10^4 m^3/d,采用“预处理+巴颠甫生物池+高效沉淀池+反硝化滤池+浸没式超滤”工艺,消毒采用紫外线消毒工艺。详细介绍了该工程处理工艺的设计情况,对关键技术进行了说明。该工程自2016年底建成调试完成以来,运行出水水质稳定达标。

Technological Design of Dongying City Wuliugan Wastewater Treatment Plant

Dongying City Wuliugan Wastewater Treatment Plant is a municipal wastewater treatment plant and is the first WWTP of the design effluent standard reaching Class Ⅳ water standard in Dongying City.Its design scale of Phase Ⅰ Project is 2.5×10^4 m^3/d.The technology of"pretreatment+Bardenpho biological tank+high-efficient settling tank+denitrification filter+immersed ultrafiltration"is adopted and the ultraviolet light disinfection technology is used in WWTP.This paper introduces the design conditions of this engineering treatment technology in detail,and explains the key technologies.Since the completion and commissioning of this project at the end of 2016,the effluent water quality has reached the standard steadily.
